Elemental Flow is a personalised container for us to work on you together. We will reflect on your patterns, rythmns and aspirations. We will connect you more thoroughly to your inner wisdom and what you really want and need, deep down. Working primarily with the four element concept of Fire, Air, Earth and Water along with being in nature itself, the work is simple yet profound. Tapping into ancient wisdom and your remembering whilst also including tools for the future like AI and forecasting.
This is not a defined programme, it is about curiosity and exploration. I will hold space for you, accepting you in all your shapes and forms as you discover the perfect flow for you. No need to go without, choose what feels right for you.
I am here to facilitate and empower you through this process over whatever period of time seems appropriate. 1 month is generally the shotest and 12 months the longest initial commitment. Renewal is usually possible.
The work will consist of online calls, helping you get out of your own way and often include some face to face work too. My home base is in Eastern Almeria, Spain so we can meet here or anywhere that our hearts connect.

Elemental Flow with the four elements
Life the universe and everything is linked to the four elements: Fire, Air, Earth and Water.
It forms an earth bound form of spirituality and way of making sense of the world.
The elemental diagram to the right shows how your psyche, mind body and soul incorporate the elements.
Gaia (Mother earth) is also comprised of the four elements. Humans are fractals of Gaia. We influence each other.
By working with the four elements you can resolve any challenges and we can bring the earth into balance.
